James Coates – In today’s busy world it is easy to neglect your body and suddenly find that your health and fitness isn’t what it once was. I work with clients to safely build strength, improve movement, burn calories and discover again how rewarding exercise can be. I am always up for a challenge and find new ways to keep my clients focused and motivated so they can see serious results. Programs are designed to your needs, and I now also offer online coaching for those whose schedules are too hectic to train with me regularly but still want the benefit of a professional program. Book your free consultation to see how we can improve your fitness and improve your life.

Melissa Tarver – My approach to helping clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals is friendly and practical – most of us are aware of what we should be doing, but struggle to keep doing it consistently. I work with male and female clients in their 30’s and 40’s, keen to retain or regain fitness, often after having children or post-injury. Building strength and improving flexibility, together with sound nutritional advice, form the basis of each individual fitness programme I design.

Since qualifying in 2000, I’ve gained a wealth of experience working privately and in the NHS, treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
