Text Yoga naturally complements all other forms of exercise, providing relaxation and deep stretching. It is particularly effective when you are suffering with tight muscles, or stress and tension. We also have a range of offerings designed to help if you are a runner or cyclist, mum and baby, and gentle yoga for all ages and levels.
Yoga Classes in St Margarets are held at The Training Works every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. There are occasional workshops on Fridays and Saturdays. See timetable

Relax in a beautiful space, surrounded by elements – wood, metal and light. Sammie, Nathalie and Veronika, our yoga teachers gently, guide you through a series of dynamic poses, giving encouragement and correcting form.

Towards the end of the class, a few minutes are given to meditation and relaxation.
