Yoga Classes in St Margarets are held at The Training Works every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. There are occasional workshops on Fridays and Saturdays. See timetable
Relax in a beautiful space, surrounded by elements – wood, metal and light. Sammie, Nathalie and Veronika, our yoga teachers gently, guide you through a series of dynamic poses, giving encouragement and correcting form.
Towards the end of the class, a few minutes are given to meditation and relaxation.
